After a terrible 3 hour experience at Riverside Chevrolet last year, where I was unable to purshase a truck, Charlie had me in a new truck and on the road in around an hour. My wife and I purchased a new Stingray corvette from Capital Chevrolet and our dealings were with a gentleman by the name of Chris Corona... I can not say enough about how great it was to have met and dealt with Chris the entire time. Chris kept my wife informed as well as myself through text and phone calls the entire build of our car. My recent experience at Capitol Chevrolet went very well. I was greeted on the lot by Dana Jones and quickly shown what I said I was interested in...no effort to divert me. Early in the process, Charlie Davis checked in on me to make sure was progressing well...it was. There was not a lot of haggling on the price...they quickly told me price, what additional discounts were available, and the like. I also had a trade in and again, that process went well. I was waiting on the finance piece and Matt Geddings came out to let me know where I was in the queue and what my expected wait time was... Meanwhile, people continued to check in on my wife and I offering us a drink and popcorn. So no problems? Not so fast. The car I was buying came out of detailing so I went to look at it...uh oh...there were ugly looking spots, almost like rust, all over the top surface of the vehicle. The dealership team jumped on it...the called out the owner of the detailing operation for an assessment...he assured me he could get it taken care of. Meanwhile, another team member came to me interviewing me about what I needed in a vehicle in case the car was not cleaned to my satisfaction...they were going to go get me another vehicle from somewhere else. I could go on, but I think the point is made...a polite, professional responsive team that made buying a vehicle as easy as possible and responded quickly to make things right. Well done guys!
