The Best Customer Service I have Ever Received. I needed some assistance with an issue that I was having with my son's vehicle. I received warm, friendly Customer Service from the time I entered the building until I left. I left feeling that I mattered as a customer. The Managers Bill Maynard and Bill Kissinger were great to work with. Very caring and friendly. I purchased a Camaro for my son and I will be trading my Van in within the next two years and you can bet I will be visiting Capitol Chevrolet to purchase another vehicle for myself. They were great. I cant begin to say how at one moment, I began to feel as if I had no chance of getting a new car. Charlie made it happen and didn't make me feel like it was impossible. I didn't mention to him I had just visited another dealership in which I left because the salesman made me feel uncertain and more in doubt than I already was. But Charlie really went above and beyond! He is an outstanding piece of the puzzle that makes Capital Chevrolet one of the best car dealerships in my eyes. I will be recommending everyone to him. 2 Cars In 1 Year I can't say enough about my car purchasing experience with the team at Capitol Chevrolet. The first time around, I purchased my car on New Year's Day. I can't say enough about my car purchasing experience with the team at Capitol Chevrolet. The first time around, I purchased my car on New Year's Day. I was very anxious because the engine in my previous vehicle had gone caput and I had a very limited amount of time to purchase a vehicle before I was in full swing again with going back to both my jobs. This was also my first time purchasing a vehicle on my own. I had a very limited budget and I knew my credit wasn't very strong. At first, I was pretty leery because another dealership I had gone to has pressured me to lie about my income since I did not want a co-signer. After calling around to see where else I could go on a holiday, Capitol Chevrolet was it. The dealership was practically empty as most had already left to go spend time with their families. Despite this, Fione was extremely patient and very poilte to me and my mother (whom I insisted come along as back-up). There was no pressure to "hurry up" and pick a vehicle, buy a new car, or lie about my income. He helped me choose a very reliable car within my budget. Pricing was also great (after checking with other dealerships Capitol Chevrolet was sometimes as much $2,000 BELOW what other dealerships were asking for) which eliminated having to haggle and buyer's remorse. Roosevelt was instrumental in helping me get my payments and interest rate at a managable level. He made sure I was comfortable with the paperwork I was signing by explaining it and allowing me time to read it thoroughly. Fast forward 6 months later, my vehicle was totaled in an accident and I was again searching for something short notice. I contacted Fione again and he was beyond helpful. It also meant quite a bit to me that he seemed genuinely interested in my well being (i.e. asking if I was hurt, etc). I didn't have a lot of time to go out to the dealership and look for a vehicle because of my work schedule so Fione checked the inventory and called me with vehicles that were in my price range, good on gas, and not likely to breakdown. I had considered a Cobalt but changed my mind after he told me about the recalls. Once I purchased my vehicle, Fione even helped me take my rental back. Both times I was finished in roughly 2.5-3 hours and the handwritten "Thank You" card I received in the mail was certainly a classy touch. I am very grateful to the Capitol Chevrolet team for their patience, time, and attentiveness. My experiences have been consistently pleasant and I will definitely continue to recommend Fione and Capitol Chevrolet to others! More

Crisis averted I was passing through Montgomery on my way to Virginia. I hadn't been on the road three hours with my car when I got an overtemp light. By some strange strike of luck the Chevy dealership was right there. To say I was upset was an understatement. I had only had the car a few weeks and I still had a long trip ahead of me. When I got to the service enter Dana, understanding my situation, was able to get my car looked at almost immediately. He even noticed I left my coffee in the car in my frazzled state and brought it to me. This dealership was not only were very courteous with my car, but to me as an individual as well. The service I received at Capitol Chevy was amazing! They were able to fix my problem in two hours and get me back on the road. More
