I have purchased three Acura's from this dealership and I have always had a great sales and service experience. The sales person Bonnie was amazing on the last purchase and Bill the service manager helped me have always had a great sales and service experience. The sales person Bonnie was amazing on the last purchase and Bill the service manager helped me with a warranty problem.I will keep buying Acura's from this dealership as long as Acura keeps making a quality product. I've bought 4 new cars at Los Gatos Acura over the last 11 years and all of them have been serviced by LGA's service department. They have always done excellent service work on my vehicles, completed the w 11 years and all of them have been serviced by LGA's service department. They have always done excellent service work on my vehicles, completed the work when promised, and gave me back my car washed and vacuumed. I have 2 non Acura vehicles as well, and I can tell you that those mfgr's service departments don't compare in the quality of service I get at Los Gatos Acura. More
I brought my car into Los Gatos Acura for a routine service (10k mile). I specifically looked at my tires before I dropped it off knowing that I had a few scratches on two of my rims. When I got home from picking my car up I saw that they were not rotated which is part of the service. When I called back to let the service advisor know what had happened, he told me that he talked with the technician that he has worked for for 30 years and he said he rotated them and that if he is going to look him in the eyes and say that then he is going to believe him. Basically calling me a liar. I DO NOT advise anyone taking there car into Los Gatos Acura for any service. More
I bought my car at night and was not able to see all problems with car. It was never cleaned from previous owner even though I was told it just got out of the detail shop. The interior was covered in problems with car. It was never cleaned from previous owner even though I was told it just got out of the detail shop. The interior was covered in dog hair, there was black stains on the capret which I was easily able to remove with a steam cleaner, carmalized soda in my cup holder, black scuffs covering the roof on the inside and food crumbs all over the floor. When mentioning this to the GM, he never said sorry, only why didn't you bring it back, I live 2 hours away, I would like to think they clean cars before selling them. I also overnighted my check, got a signed confirmation from Fed Ed that they got it, then they called asking where it was. After much, frustration, the GM said they lost my $20,000 check and I would have to overnight another, NEVER did he apologize for losing it. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER and I manage a hotel, so I know what customer service should be. If my employees don't apologize to an upset guest, even if we didn't do anything wrong, they get in trouble. More
Jill is amazing. She has sold me two cars now, and I recommend anyone go to her. She's honest, not pushy and very friendly. My credit union uses Jill as their representative there and I can see why. She know her vehicles and isn't afraid to tell you what she really thinks. She actually talked one of my friends out of a sale because she didn't think it was the right time for him - she was right. Of course, my friend went back to her a year later and bought something. I have never dealt with the service dept - can't tell you anything about em. Sales office was very speedy, which was a huge plus. More
