Competent service. Poor waiting experience Appointment scheduling office in Arizona was not informed about CA Covid-19 regulations. I was scheduled for a shuttle when they are prohibited in CA. Thus I spent 4 hours waiting for service to be completed. I asked for a bottle of water, but none was available. New tires , plus 90,000 mile maintenance was handled efficiently. More

If only all businesses had employees like Tom! My car was experiencing number ours issues and Tom did all the leg work for my warranty coverage, parts and service.
