The service department is awful. Well at least George is. He’s always is extremely mean to women I thought he just didn’t like a car savvy female but no he’s an equal opportunity off Well at least George is. Then when you walk into talk to the boss. You think he’d step in. I don’t think so I wouldn’t want him to exert himself. I drove in with every imaginable warning light on in my RDX. The Service Dept snd advisor, Hector, were fantastic. He recommended a diagnostic check on my vehicle. Within two hours, the issue was addressed RDX. The Service Dept snd advisor, Hector, were fantastic. He recommended a diagnostic check on my vehicle. Within two hours, the issue was addressed, and I was able to drive home in my own vehicle. I wish I lived closer so that I could bring my car there for all of my servicing needs. Capitol Acura gets 5 stars from me. More
