From the Salesmanager to Terry there title department manager this was the worst Porsche experience I've ever had. Try and reach anyone after the sale. Don't get the Ceramic coating that they force you t manager this was the worst Porsche experience I've ever had. Try and reach anyone after the sale. Every word after the sale was a lie in my opinion from sales to the title dept. Porsche USA have left numerous messages for both the Salesmanager and Terry, no return call. Predelivery inpection, terrible. The first thing I check are the tire pressures. Each tire was 5-6 pounds high. That should say something. Books filed out, nope. The salesman was to make sure the shipper tied the wheels down properly, when asked ( sorry I got busy) needless to say the wheels had been tied down wrong. After 40 years in the industry as both a new car dealership owner and a VP of several of the largest car rental companies all I can say is the staff needs a retrain. Better yet they should be selling second hand junkers. Just my opinion. More
