She said she would have to refer the matter to "the recall department" and they would contact me within a few days to schedule the appointment. 10 days later and no call back. I had wanted to schedule the appointment for a certain day when I was already planning to be in Tallahassee as it is a 2 hour drive for me. I guess they don't want my business and time to find another dealership. More
