We had to take our VW Beetle in fro a recall regarding its air bags. Dustin Wheeler is the service person who assisted us in setting up the appointment and assisted us onsite. We travel 2 hours to get there and planned to drop the car off and do other things but we had to stand around for 30 minutes just to hand the keys to Dustin.
