Josh Tator greeted us on the parking lot and from there suggested we have a look at the new 2016 XC90. Josh gave a fantastic demo, was able to answer all our questions, and was a real pleasure to be around! We usually dread pulling onto car lots but he made us feel very comfortable the entire time.
