Michael Ludes was excellent to work with our certified pre-owned purchase. He went the extra distance to video the car with a complete walkaround, explain the vehicle history and answer the many questions pre-owned purchase. I spoke with Mike about the SUV I was interested in before driving to Tallahassee to see and test drive. We were immediately met upon arrival by Mike and loved the vehicle. We explained that we wanted to purchase the Volvo, but were in a slight rush because we were on our way to an event that evening. He assured us that it could be handled in a timely manner. We went for lunch, and he had most of the paperwork ready on our return. We quickly completed the necessities and were on the road. I have never had an easier, no-hassle car buying experience. I hope to do business with Mike and Capitol Eurocars again! More
