Al was very professional, answering all of my questions, and offered to drive the vehicle to me in Georgia. I truly appreciated this since I am a teacher, and did not want to be away from school. Two days later, Al drove my beautiful new 2013 Volkswagen to Georgia, with his wife following to pick him up. He spent extensive time going through each feature on the car, and answering any questions I had. He and his wife are lovely people, and I very much enjoyed meeting both of them.
