I want to thank Michael Ludes for helping me with my recent purchase at Capital City Volkswagen. I had been looking for a new car for several months and couldn't find exactly what I was looking for. I'd finally come to the conclusion that I wanted the new Volkswagen CC. I was attracted to their sleek lines and luxurious interiors. While glancing through windows of a couple cars on their lot, Michael walked up and introduced himself. Like most people I'm more than a little skeptical about salesmen and feeling pressured into buying something when I am truly "just looking". Their pitch always sounds rehearsed and fake. Michaels sales pitch was different, he tried knowledge and honesty. After a spin around the block in one of the CC's I decided that I didn't like it and ended up leaving. On one of my Sunday afternoon visits I found a car that caught my attention. A 2012 Volkswagen Passat 3.6SE. Next day, I went in and talked with Michael again this time filling out an application. The entire time he was patient, thoughtful, and understanding. I never felt rushed or pressured. After some number crunching I was able to purchase the car for payments, and an interest rate close to what I had in mind. Thank you Michael for making my experience easy and painless.! I knew what I wanted, and Victor was my sales associate. Victor did a great job, the only thing I would recommend Victor is not to assume who you think the buyer is so blatantly.
