I want to thank Mr. Michael Ludes for helping my recent purchase of a 2006 Porsche 911 Carrera Cabiolet. This is my fourth purchase from Capital Eurocars, but my first time meeting Mr. Ludes. He was very knowledgeable about the car I was interested to buy (He himself owns a beautiful 1995 silver Carrera.) I spent 3 hours in his office asking all kinds of questions about the car. He patiently answered all of them. During the whole time he never pushed me to buy and he was honest up front and only stated the facts. That really impressed me. To me that is what makes buying a car a pleasure. He made true of all our purchase terms. Even after the purchase he made efforts to solve a few problems that we did not detected before. This is the 6th vehicle my husband and I have puchased from Capital Eurocar.....this being the first encounter with Capital VW. We were not in the market to purchase a vehicle, but were curious of the value of a recently acquired truck that we did not care to keep. When we last purchased a vehicle from Capital Eurocar (Mercedes), we had stated that we might be in the market by the end of this year to find a newer used vehicle with low mileage and all the bells and whistles in a car that we wanted. Having never owned a VW, we were quickly taken by Wayne's knowledge of his "used inventory at hand". He had just the vehicle we were looking for. He was a breath of fresh air. He told us that he likes good looking vehicles on the lot, but he was more interested in having the car look good in our garage. He made the whole buying experience truly informative, easy and painless. He worked out a deal for the truck we did not want to own. I recently purchased a VW Touareg and have been having an issue with one of the tires. I brought my vehicle to the dealership to have it looked at. Dustin Wheeler is the VW service advisor and told me I ne issue with one of the tires. I brought my vehicle to the dealership to have it looked at.
