Cameron has been my advisor for over three years and in my over 15 years of car ownership and service , I have never experienced such care, knowledge, and amazing customer service as with Cameron. He truly us a service advisor, advising the customer on how best to treat and fix their car and someone who gives a great service in doing so. I have often said to my friends in big cities, one if the best things about Tallahassee is the care and personal attention I get from my service advisor at Volvo. And I mean it whole heartedly. newbie sold me the car Jake I was his first customer. He did a great job. there was no owners manual and the CD player will not work. I have an appointment for both. Bought a used Mercedes from this dealership based upon a telephone conversation with the Sales Manager Tommy Waigand and the supporting information from Terry Stewart. They were both very straightforward a telephone conversation with the Sales Manager Tommy Waigand and the supporting information from Terry Stewart. They were both very straightforward and easy to deal with. I have purchased a number of vehicles based upon Internet searches and telephone conversations prior to the sale. It is essential for everyone to be clear and honest in their communication and this can certainly be said of both Tommy and Terry. We drove 3.5 hours to the dealership to finalize the deal and they had as much of the paperwork completed ahead of time as possible. The dealership is very nice and everyone went out of their way to be welcoming and helpful during our stay - even staff members who were not involved in our transaction. Everything went very smoothly with the sale. The vehicle was exactly as represented and had been fully prepped for us to take delivery upon completion of the paperwork. Our experience with Capital should be a model. I highly recommend this dealership and would gladly travel to Tallahassee to do business again. More

When I went SUV shopping, I wasn't sure what I was looking for and a little overwhelmed. He was not intimidated by my looking at other vehicles, but in a non pushy way, was secure and confident in his product. He has always treated me professionally and went out of his way searching for the perfect vehicle for me in the time frame that I needed, including delivering it to me in Thomasville when my schedule ran over.
