Working with Mike Ludes at Capital Porsche was a great experience. My initial dealings with Porsche dealers had not been great. Mike was a cut above the rest. He was easy to deal with, very accommodating to how I wanted the car configured and provided a fair deal without a lot of pressure. I flew from Maryland to Tallahassee to pickup this car. Mike picked me from the Airport in a new Panamera. He used the time help me understand the Porsche brand and vehicle functions that were common to both cars. Once at the dealership the buying process was smooth, simple and hassle free. After a tour of the car and features I was on the road in the car of my dreams. More

I have worked with Michael Ludes on two Porsche Boxster purchases in recent years. I find him to be extremely knowledgable about the product and a personable, curtious and genuine salesman. He makes an exp purchases in recent years. I find him to be extremely knowledgable about the product and a personable, curtious and genuine salesman. He makes an experience that can be unpleasant and difficult (purchasing a car) relaxed and enjoyable. His interest in providing excellent service is evident, especially in the small details he demonstrates commitment to. With him, even when the deal is done and the check is written, he will lay down on the pavement to nurse a small scratch with touch up paint, then send you home with a photo of your purchase. Michael Ludes knows his product and his business and I appreciate his commitment to my satisfaction. More

From the onset, Terry greeted us on the car lot with a smile and a pleasant attitude. We were interested in trading our 2012 TDI SEL Passat for a 2014 TDI SEL Premium. Although initially, the price for th smile and a pleasant attitude. We were interested in trading our 2012 TDI SEL Passat for a 2014 TDI SEL Premium. Although initially, the price for the new car was not what I expected, I used "truecar" to negotiate a better price. Terry worked with me to get this new price along with an improved trade in value for my 2012 Passat. Overall, I felt that Terry was looking out for my best interest - very accommodating. More

I purchased my first new Volvo in 2010, so Cameron Clifton has been my service consultant for a little over 3 years. He has been remarkably helpful, quick to communicate, and great at explaining what Clifton has been my service consultant for a little over 3 years. He has been remarkably helpful, quick to communicate, and great at explaining what's going on. Of course it's always easier to be satisfied when you're car is under warranty, but even taking that into account, Cameron has gone above and beyond to help me on many occasions. He always makes sure I have a way to get around when I need it (even when I need it because of my own mistake). When there was a recurring problem with my car that seemed very small and minor but had the potential to grow into a serious repair, he kept following up on it diligently, and ultimately put the process in place that led to a major repair with as little inconvenience to me as possible. I've dealt with many good repair shops and service people in my 35 years of owning cars, but no one can beat Cameron for kind, helpful, efficient service. It's actually a pleasure to bring my car to the shop! More

I went to Capital Volkswagen looking for a new car. The service was above and beyond any experience I had ever had at a car dealer. The staff was friendly, concerned for my needs, knowledgeable, and they n service was above and beyond any experience I had ever had at a car dealer. The staff was friendly, concerned for my needs, knowledgeable, and they never pressured me at any stage in the game. My salesman was Michael Felton and he was fantastic - helpful, friendly, and most importantly, he never applied pressure at any point. The sales manager even took the time to speak to me and keep me feeling wanted and entertained while numbers were being run. I decided, however, that it was best that I did not purchase a car at that time, but it had nothing to do with the dealer/service. I would recommend this dealer and salesman (Michael Felton) to anyone looking to purchase a car. The friendly, unpressurized, and helpful environment will bring me back for my next automobile purchase. Best dealer and best car shopping experience I have ever had! More

Cameron did an outstanding job of getting my Volks CC in late on a busy Saturday morning to diagnos the problem, and more importtantly; promised that the work would be cpmplete on Monday morning and ready f late on a busy Saturday morning to diagnos the problem, and more importtantly; promised that the work would be cpmplete on Monday morning and ready for pick-up. Very pleased with cameron's efforts and customer service. The call center for appointments has major problems! I was told two weeks before they would even see me! My truck died on me and I needed a car. I figured out the range that I could spend, and I went out to seek what I was looking for. I knew what I wanted, a Passat TDI manual. After work a few days after losin range that I could spend, and I went out to seek what I was looking for. I knew what I wanted, a Passat TDI manual. After work a few days after losing my truck, I wanted to go for a test drive to see if that was the car that was really for me. When I got there I was greeted before I had even got half way to the door. My sales rep was Michael Felton. I explained to him that I was looking for a Jetta TDI manual, but that I would like to try out the Passat as well. He wasn't sure whether they had a manual in either, but "come on inside and let's see". The first car we got in was a fantastic ride. Surprisingly spacious, fuel-efficient, and fun. The second car had the same type of ride, but it just didn't feel the same...I was hooked on that first car!! It turns out that I preferred the Jetta TDI over the Passat TDI., but now I had to see if I could afford it. THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME BUYING A CAR...I have owned a few cars, but those were co-signed by my parents. This was MY car. When I found out that this vehicle was in my price range I was ecstatic, but I was very nervous about the experience. Michael made this experience a breeze. I had to go around the corner to the Mercedes/Porsche dealership to take care of my financing, but I got the joy of being taken care of by Mandy. Mandy put the icing on the cake for my buying experience. I would like to thank both Michael and Mandy and the rest of the Capital Eurocar team for making my experience a fantastic one. You can bet that I will be recommending these people!! More
