(Such as safety, storage, and how to convert the Tiguan's front seat into a convenient diaper-changing table--who knew?) Long story short, after we'd looked at several and driven a few, he came out with a Jetta SportsWagen--so new it was still partially wrapped in the shipping material. Turns out, it was the perfect car, we quickly came to an agreement on a fair price, and done. Excellent customer service. Came in looking for a new car, found a certified pre-owned that was exactly what we wanted. I had some concerns about a couple of things encountered during the purchase of the car, found a certified pre-owned that was exactly what we wanted. I had some concerns about a couple of things encountered during the purchase of the vehicle (nothing related to the vehicle). I voiced my concerns and was immediately contacted by Mr. Atkins. He spoke with me at length, made me feel like a valued customer, and we came to a resolution. I can say that this business cares...they want their customers to be happy with their purchases and will go the extra mile to make you feel appreciated for doing business with them. The finance manager Kevin Rebholz was fantastic. Wayne Burnam was very friendly and made it clear that more than anything else, he wanted me to be happy with my purchase. Crawford Atkins was extremely polite and respectful. Wayne Burnam is great, but clearly has been hamstrung by management changes and other issues (my inference - he hasn't thrown anyone under the bus). I was ready to buy 2 used Volvos through the dealership, but they couldn't make it happen so I went out of town and bought 2010 XC60 and 2012 S60 elsewhere. But I'll have Cameron service them for sure. More
