Our Audi S5 was damaged (sideswiped while fueling the car) while traveling from Atlanta to Sarasota FL. The vehicle drivers side tire was sliced and the front bumper was ripped away from the car making t car) while traveling from Atlanta to Sarasota FL. The vehicle drivers side tire was sliced and the front bumper was ripped away from the car making the car undrivable. I was towed to the dealership from Valdosta GA on Saturday March 30th. The service department was closed so I left the car with a note in the service department envelope with the keys. !st thing Monday morning (7:45AM) Cameron contacted me and we discussed getting the car road worthy so I could drive it back to Atlanta by Wednesday April 2nd. Cameron was in constant contact with me and repaired the car so that | was able to safely return to Atlanta. Not only did he & his tech's make the car roadworthy they made it look almost as if nothing had happened to it. Cameron also supplied me with a dealership courtesy car pick up at the rental car return at the Tallahassee Regional Airport. I can not stress enough how appreciative I am to Cameron and his team they made what started out seeming hopeless possible. Thank you, so very much Cameron and the service department team and the courtesy shuttle driver you all went above and beyond to see that I was able to safely return home to Atlanta. Even though it was my first time meeting Michael Felton, Keith Welch, and Kevin Rebholz they each made me feel like we were old friends. It was as if I were hanging out with my buddies who just so happened to be selling me a car. Michael went to bat for me once I saw the vehicle I wanted. He worked with his sales manager to get me one heck of a deal on a 2015 Volvo XC60. I never had to haggle or anything. It was as if they read my mind and came right to me with the price I wanted to pay! Answered every question that I had and took the time to find out exactly what I was looking for and why. There was no pressure to just take a car off the lot. Instead, Michael offered to go out and get me the car that met all of my needs, even if it meant having to ship it in from another state. I actually ended up with one off the lot because they happened to have exactly what I was looking for sitting right outside. Zipped through the entire process. I have purchased a lot (and I mean a lot) of cars in my life and I've never been in and out of a dealership so fast! The whole thing was truly effortless. Interest in seeing me thoroughly satisfied. I think Michael must have asked me, "is there anything else I can do for you?" a million times! It's great feeling catered/listened to when making such a large purchase. He treated me like he knew that me buying a car from him was far less important than me being happy as a person first and as a customer second. Noticeable difference between Capital Volkswagen and other dealerships I've patronized in the past. From the first step onto the lot to driving my car home, the feeling in the air was just different there. The building and grounds are very comfortable and have good energy. It's hard to quantify feelings, but I know good from bad and this dealership just "felt" good to me. Great experience overall. AMAZING in fact! :-) More
