He's always listened to my descriptions of whatever problem I'm having and has not made me feel like some female that doesn't know what she is talking about; so, I have not felt like I needed to have my husband take off work to be there. The same for recommended repairs. I've never thought that I was told I needed something done that didn't need to be done. Cameron has been good about fitting me in if something came up that I thought needed checking out right away. If I have had to leave the car overnight, he has arranged for a rental car. He always explains what needs to be done and what they have done. If something shows up during a service that needs to be done and is not what I had it in for, he calls and gives me the price for the additional work before doing it. I have been satisfied with all work done. I would think about getting another Volvo in part because of my experiences with Cameron and the technicians that work on my car. More

2011 VW Touareg Purchase For the past five years, we have had the pleasure of working with Mr. Michael Ludes. Mike is a true professional when it comes to selling vehicles. For the past five years, we have had the pleasure of working with Mr. Michael Ludes. Mike is a true professional when it comes to selling vehicles. He takes the time to explain the features of the vehicle, their safety ratings, answers any questions we have, and provides excellent follow-up long after the initial sale. We know we can always count on Mike to be there for us whenever we have a simple, or complex, question. He always return ours calls and emails in a prompt and efficient manner. We feel like we have grown to know Mike on somewhat of a personal level and in addition to be a great sales professional, he is also a great person. We talk about family, photography, and cars. After our most recent purchase last week, we experienced a problem with the windshield of the 2011 VW Touareg. At first, in our discussion with Mike, we thought it might be that a previous customer had used "Rain-X on the interior surface of the windshield. We spent the better part of our Saturday working to remove the Rain-X from the windshield. After several hours and many cleaning products, we had no success. We emailed Mike later that evening, and even though he was scheduled to be out of town the following Monday - Wednesday, he made sure we were taken care of and put us in the capable hands of Mr. Tommy Maigand. Tommy was excellent to work with on this issue. He quickly responded to all of my many calls and email. We determined the problem with the windshield was not actually Rain-X, or any other cleaning or chemical-based product, but rather, the previous owner had illegally tinted the entire front windshield. The haziness and blurriness we were seeing was the tint material actually breaking down. Tommy worked to provide us with a loaner vehicle to use for traveling back and forth to work, while he brought in Dustin Wheeler from the service department to assist further. Dustin, who we have always counted on for our VW service needs, stepped right in and worked with John B's Tint Shop to have the illegal tint removed and the windshield cleaned. Dustin kept us informed throughout the entire process with regular status updates. In addition, Dustin worked with us to order a replacement piece of trim for the passenger side of the dashboard. I have been a manager for over 13 years and I would not hesitate to hire any of these three individuals. They all appear to love what they do and they do all they can to ensure the customer is happy with their purchase and supported throughout their ownership. It is because of these three individuals that we have kept returning to Capital VW for all of our vehicles. They are also the reason we will keep coming back in the future. Rarely can you find even one real dedicated and customer focused employee, but a Capital Volkswagen, you can find three of them right on the team.
