My service advisor, Cameron Clifton, always informs me of the status of my vehicle, from road testing to washing. Since I have had several issues with my car lately and live out of town (about 85 miles), Cameron sent a courtesy car to me and picked mine up so I would not be inconvenienced (not to mention the courtesy car was a new 2014 Porsche Cayenne!) Snaps for Cameron :) He really makes me feel like I am his only customer and that my needs are his top priority. He always goes above and beyond. He had the Service supervisor give me a briefing on how to maintain the Cayenne, how to care for it, the service interval, etc. I thought my Lexus guys were good, but Capital Porsche has "outdone" them.I am looking forward to a longtime relationship here.
