Despite how very busy he was, he spent as much time as necessary on my Jetta and involved other techs to resolve the issue in a convenient time frame. Tommy Waigand, one of the managers, didn't hesitate to give me a great loaner vehicle which was very helpful. When I got my car back, Dustin explained everything they did and the outcome thoroughly. My car was was also washed for me. Several days later when I was in the dealership, Dustin saw me and again, even though he was very busy, he took a minute to stop me and ask how my car was doing.
