HUGE Thank you to Patrick Shadrick who took care of fixing a simple issue of missing floor mats in our daughter’s RAV4 Hybrid lol!! He wasn’t our original salesman but he took the time to help. Above and beyond service I am writing to express my appreciation to Capital Toyota’s Assistant Service Manager Andrew Whitaker. Last Friday I was driving from Atlanta to visit I am writing to express my appreciation to Capital Toyota’s Assistant Service Manager Andrew Whitaker. Last Friday I was driving from Atlanta to visit family in Kentucky. My Tacoma gave an overheating warning and I pulled over and called Toyota for a tow to the nearest dealership. Once at Capital, Andrew was able to get my truck in front of the service guys to diagnose the problem (broken radiator) and to determine if I was still under warranty. This took a moment as the service department was busy but Andrew kept me informed. In fact, he stayed late to get the word that I was still under warranty and helped me get a rental through Capital at the local Enterprise as all of Capital’s loaners were gone. I was able to get to Kentucky to spend the weekend with family. I am extremely grateful to Andrew for constantly keeping me informed and going the extra mile for me. He sets the standard for what excellent service should be. If there’s a recognition for above and beyond service both me and my family hereby nominate him for it. More

My Van turned off in the middle of me driving a really curvy road with all Please, PLEASE know that Andrew is a top notch employee of Capital Toyota. My Van turned off in the middle of me driving a really curvy road with all three kids in my car. I called him and he gave me instructions to have my van towed and to come to the dealership to pick up a courtesy van. When all was said and done, we arrived 15 minutes past closing time due to traffic and Andrew was there waiting for us, but he was really nervous about needing to go pick up his kids from daycare. I told him to go several times, but he stayed and got us in our courtesy vehicle before he left. He really is the quality type of person you want working for you. I hope Capital will cover the extra expenses he incurred on childcare because he stayed late to accommodate us. I’m super appreciative of his time and dedication. More
