1 star review. Nearly every time I have been at Capital Toyota, the appointment has taken significantly longer than the salesman told me it would. In my experiences there, they have almost always not put something back correctly on my car. 2 out of my last 3 visits have costed far too much and the job has not been done well, as shown by the mechanics not putting my hubcaps back on correctly. Service was good, however I was quoted $75 to have a new key programmed when I made the appointment. When I arrived at the dealer I was told it would be $150.
