This is my first time having service done on a vehicle at this location. At the place I went to before, they always offered to wash the outside of my car with each service. Jake was great to work with on the purchase of our 2021 Toyota Tacoma. He sent me a couple of videos showing me what it looked like before we picked it up. Overall, my wife and I enjoyed working with Capit Toyota Tacoma. He sent me a couple of videos showing me what it looked like before we picked it up. Overall, my wife and I enjoyed working with Capital Toyota, we would probably purchase another vehicle again. Our only compliant was how poorly the truck had been detailed. There was some marks in a number of places on the interior that hadn't been cleaned. Also some glue left on the hood I'm assuming from the protector used during transit. There are some scratches on the instrument lens as if someone was wiping a dirty rag across it. I'm not sure if this was done at the factory or the dealership. I haven't decided what to do to about this as I am worried if more damage will be done replacing the lens. I am very picky with the way I take care of cars. This is my first new car in 30 years of ownership and I want keep it in the best shape as possible. More
