Same as last visit, no communication. Had an appt. at 10:20, left at 12:00, with no communication until 5 minutes before my car was ready, only then, tried to sell me wiper blades. They quoted me one price and then when picked car up was a higher bill. Used scare tactics to try and get 900 more dollars from me l live in Florida and my granddaughter who lives there I was helping out a a higher bill.
