Right Car, Right Place We've been in the car market for virtually two years. As this vehicle would be an "additional" vehicle, we carefully took our time in the car buying We've been in the car market for virtually two years. As this vehicle would be an "additional" vehicle, we carefully took our time in the car buying process. During this two year process, we visited and test drove cars at no less than 7 dealerships in the Chattanooga area. About three months ago, we first met Jason when we test drove the Prius. While we definitely weren't fans of the Prius, we remembered Jason's charisma. When we decided to test drive the Corolla, we knew we wanted to work with Jason. Jason actually remembered us from three months ago and remembered our previous experience with the Prius. Jason let us drive the Corolla to our house to ensure it fit in our garage and was very informative. Jason does a good job of reading his customers and knows when to interject facts or to just let you enjoy the test driving experience and ask questions when necessary. We never felt pressured working with Jason. After test driving a vehicle at another dealership, we returned to Capital Toyota and purchased the Corolla. As we own another, 9 yr old, Toyota (not purchased at Capital), we were familiar with the level of care and service at this dealership, and that was another "pro" for purchasing a car here. A good dealer relationship is important to us. We know that they want us happy for the life of our car. We know that we're not just a number at Capital Toyota. More

I didn't want to let go of my beloved 'customized' (more added bells & whistles) slightly older Camry but knew I needed to cut some monthly expenses. I walked away slightly sad to let my car go but knew in my heart it was the right decision & knew I was still driving away in a car that I can relay on and will come to love in time. If not for the caring & understanding manner of Jason I'm not sure I would be as "at peace" with the decision. This is my second car to purchase from Capitol and I can assure you in a few years and hopefully in better circumstances I will be back in to once again get another "my car" customized & personalized with my wants. When we got ready to purchase our next vehicle in the summer of 2008, we went to see Patrick and he sold us a 2008 Toyota Prius. We have been very happy with the vehicle, and every time we were in for routine service, Patrick most every time made it a point to contact us while we waited and asked how things were going, and was there anything he could help us with. When we got ready to purchase our next vehicle in the summer of 2014, we again looked up Patrick and he did another excellent job in making sure we were purchasing the vehicle to meet our needs. He always seems to take time, and not rush any decision, as this is a sizable purchase, especially for retired folks on fixed incomes. We would highly recommend dealing with Patrick, and he is very trustworthy, and not the least bit pushy toward hurrying your decision. We've been buying cars since 1960, and he's the best We bought a 2014 Camry XLE this time. More
