Jim even crawled under the car at one point to lay eyes on an option that was important to me. He didn't want me to purchase unless the car was right for me. Catherine was wonderful. BEST OF THE BEST- HANDS DOWN! I am a repeat customer for a reason! I recently had a leased car that ended and I was put in a conflicting situation. I walked in the dealership without the expectation of driving away with a brand new car and instead driving away in a financed/used/second leased car. I am so glad I was wrong. Alfred helped me and made sure I was taken care of. I was offered drinks and snacks and was made to feel like "part of the family." I trusted Alfred's intentions and he wasn't the scary and spiteful "salesman" that so many are afraid of. I was then assisted with a financial expert- Mark. He gave me several options, explained each one, and helped me decide on what was best for me. I really feel like the staff at Capital Toyota truly want the best for their customer's interest- and they are the best! Great salesman! Lousy financial advice. I had a nonpushy salesman to help me make a decision about a used vehicle.
