Facilities were nice, with a recently upgraded feel. Employees were all courteous and helpful. Automobile selection was large and plenty sufficient to allow viewing of numerous automobile models, styles, colors, etc., with mixtures of differing options and option packages. Handling of such a large supply of automobiles was well organized with details and prices provided in a well controlled computer program that enabled sales personal to quickly address customer questions concerning automobile details and option availabilities. Best of all was my experience with the sales person who met me soon after my arrival at the dealership. Justice Hall was my sales rep who had the perfect low key, customer focused personality to address all my many questions during the search and exploration portion of the process of finding and deciding on which car best fit our wants and needs. Mr. Hall was patient, smart, courteous, knowledgeable of Toyota products, and had plenty computer savvy to readily quickly respond to the questions that went through my mind during the overall selection and purchase process. I strongly encourage others to visit Capital Toyota and meet Justice Hall to find the automobiles of their dreams in a friendly professional manner. More

Above & Beyond Excellent Experience!!! My wife and I were in the market for a used Chevy Tahoe. We had been looking for a little over a month, locally (in northern Minnesota) and online, fo My wife and I were in the market for a used Chevy Tahoe. We had been looking for a little over a month, locally (in northern Minnesota) and online, for a vehicle that met some pretty specific criteria as far as color, options, mileage price, etc. I was up late last Thursday night sifting through a list of available Tahoes, none of which really met all of our needs and wants, when i found a newly listed 2011 Tahoe at Capital Toyota. The listing was so new that the photos hadn't loaded yet! The vehicle met every single one of our criteria so i immediately sent them an email. I received a response, from Travis Gray, very shortly therafter, which pleasantly surprised me as it was very late in the evening, hours after closing. He explained that they were currently closed but asked if I had any questions that he could answer, and asked when a good time would be to contact me the following day. I explained that i had found the vehicle but would like to see pictures of it. Friday morning, right on time, i received a phone call from Reta Maynor in regards to the Tahoe. I told her that i would like to see pictures of the vehicle but they hadn't yet posted online. About a minute later she texted me a full set of pictures. After seeing the photos i told her i would like to buy it and she got the ball rolling. We exchanged numerous phone calls, making sure we both had all the info we needed and that she had answered any questions i had about the Tahoe. She was amazing to work with. I had never bought a vehicle out-of-state before and Reta made this purchase absolutely painless. She was on the ball every step of the way. I was very impressed. I booked a last minute flight to Tennessee for Monday morning and when i arrived at the airport, in Chattanooga, Reta was waiting there to pick me up. The vehicle was everything they said it was and more. I worked with Reta Maynor, Joe Kaufman, and Doyala Hayes on the purchase and it couldn't have gone any smoother! Reta even made sure to check up on me and make sure i'd made the long drive home safely! You don't get that treatment every day. Capital Toyota was a true pleasure to work with on this purchase. I would buy another vehicle from them in a heartbeat, and i live 1200 miles away! They are definitely on top of their game! A big, big, big THANK YOU to Reta, Joe, Doyala, and everyone at Capital Toyota for making my entire experience an extremely pleasant one!
