We were impressed with the facilities and professionalism of the staff, and almost overwhelmed with the complexity of the financing process. This is the 4th Toyota I have owned in the past 35 years, and far more sophisticated than my previous vehicles. I owned the Avalon I traded in for 13 years, and hated to part with it after only 141,000 miles. I can only hope this Highlander is comparable to the Avalon. I look forward to future business with the service department, and anticipate it will be comparable. Capital is a quality dealership! More

In the interest of being completely transparent, we came in very aggressive with our negotiation, on both our old trade vehicle, and the new purchase. Our interest was in making the best deal we could, in a tough sales month. Many dealers are offended, and often feel lowballed, but that is the name of the game. Unfortunately, it is a tough pill to swallow, for a lot of sales folks. Will was our salesman, and was very honest, kind, and well spoken. He went out of his way, to work with us, and handled the negotiation like a champ. Shawn was our sales supervisor, and again was very courteous, kind, and really did his best, to fairly negotiate with us. (We definitely made it tough. *wink*) Lastly, Ed Emmerson was great to work with on the back end. He was honest (Which I can definitively say, is not necessarily the case with finance managers at all companies.) and actually did his best, to find us the lowest interest loan he could, on a used car. (1.99%) In summary, our experience with Capital Toyota was pleasant, productive, respectful, and absolutely worth doing again. (Sorry guys!
