Many women my age (60+) have had many experiences with used car dealers who are condescending, pushy, or assume that your husband will actually be the decision maker. NOT THE CASE HERE. I am 60+, I went alone, I was treated with respect, honesty and appropriate humor. I was disappointed at the trade-in value I was offered on my car, but I am not a particularly aggressive negotiator either. Maybe someone else would have done better. Brad and another associate spent a fair amount of time setting up the Bluetooth system for me, at my request. I have no doubt I can go back when I have questions or if I have concerns. Good people; great car; I'd highly recommend them. More

Marquita was great but management was in a meeting all day. I have been a Toyota customer for almost 20 years. We went to look at a new vehicle and Marquita was excellent! So friendly and such a hard worker. Sh I have been a Toyota customer for almost 20 years. We went to look at a new vehicle and Marquita was excellent! So friendly and such a hard worker. She has treated our family with such kindness and respect. However, when we went to work numbers, all the managers that could sign off on anything were in a team meeting and we waited 3hrs for people to come sign off and then go back to their meeting. Marquita called multiple people but everyone was busy, not with another customer, but their own business agenda. It made us feel like we weren't worth their time, and ultimately we left. As I said earlier, Marquita worked really hard to earn our business. Unfortunately, the rest of the team was too busy. More

I knew what car I wanted and I had researched what price I should My initial search included 4 dealerships within commuting distance to Chattanooga. I knew what car I wanted and I had researched what price I should be paying and what I could expect on a trade in on my vehicle. The young man "Marco Perez" was polite and knowledgeable. There was very little haggling and I walked out with a completely different vehicle than what I originally wanted to buy (Couldn't Resist the Highlander Limited).
