Yes! One hundred times YES! Sarah has been nothing short of exceptional customer service. She isn’t pushy but she’s present. She’s personable and so kind! She’s quick to respond and never leaves a question unanswered. I sell insurance for a living so I can point out a crooked salesman anywhere- sarah isn’t one of them. So would I recommend her? Yes. One hundred times YES! For Alfred, I haven’t worked with him for my recent inquiry but he has helped me with my last two car purchases and also for my family. I am not sure if I ever left a review for him before but I want to make sure I make it known how amazing he is as well! I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my vehicle needs. Worked Well to find what I wanted I have been looking to buy new Tacoma but needed a particular configuration that isn't typically built for dealer stock. The folks at Capital worked to find what I needed but it wasn't readily available. A truck meeting the specs I was looking for had been ordered and luckily for me, the person that made the order had to back out at the last minute. Josh and Alicia immediately remembered that I was looking for a truck with mostly the same specs and got in touch with me. Marcos was very accommodating and knowledgeable in creating us the right vehicle for our needs. My wife and I have back problems and we need a vehicle that has a great suspension with a smooth ride. We tried 2 other Toyotas (the Corolla iM and the CR-H) before Marco showed us the 2018 RAV-4. The ride was very smooth, even when we tired it out on a very bumpy ride. Then Marco was able to get us a great lease deal that we can afford on our semi-retirement income. Marco and the financial guy (Michael Reno) are the greatest and we highly recommend them and Capitol Toyota to anyone who is interested in a highly rated new vehicle. David and Eve Drucker More
