A better than expected trip to the dealership! Richard was very pleasant to work with and not the pressuring type like a lot of sales people. I had put off buying a new car simply because I hate the shopping process, but it was way beyond time to get my old car replaced! Thank you Richard for making that part easier!!! The only issue I had was in the finance deoartment. The gentleman I worked with was, I believe, a genuinely nice person, but I definitely felt that there was some professionalism lacking. When my boyfriend and I went into his office, he had a TV on with a football game playing. He seemed to be more into intermittently watching the game than paying attention to the task at hand. He flew through the warranty info so quickly that I actually had to stop him and back him up to the beginning. Considering the fact that I was making a very large financial purchase, I expect his FULL attention. A TV should not even be turned on in this situation especially when he’s so clearly distracted by it! I felt like he was trying to rush us through to get back to the football game. : ( More

Manager (??) was pissey to say the least, because we didn't like the first car that was brought in for us...even though we had agreed we could cancel that car if we didn't like it. My wife did not like the first car, and found a second better car on the lot, which she wanted. The GM said only $1000 rebate was available, when actually we go $1750..he was forcing us to look again at the original car...he lied. The Finance guy tried to add over $7000 to our great deal, by not telling us what he was calculating the monthly payments on. He wanted us to be happy with 0 % finance...but not be concerned about the extras he was adding. I had to call him on that (being a finance person myself) and he became sullen..once that was challenged. Very poor customer service from GM and Finance area. Very GOOD customer service from Alicia our sales person. More

Alicia was my salesperson and l I upgraded my 2016 Highlander for a 2017 and am fully satisfied with the experience that I received at Capital Toyota. Alicia was my salesperson and listened to every feature that I needed in my new vehicle. The management team worked hard to get us what we needed. This is the 3rd vehicle that we have purchased from Capital Toyota and each time Alicia has been very responsive to our needs. Thank you for getting me into a new 2017 Highlander! More

We had planned on looking at other small SUV's to lease but were so pleased with the car and the dealership that we decided to purchase the RAV4. Alicia Normand was very helpful and patient with us in making our decision. We had not bought a new car since 2001 and wanted to drive several cars. Our daughter had bought her car in Atlanta and had a problem with the rack breaking and the dealership there would not stand behind the product. Because of that a good service department was very important to us. We have several friend in the Chattanooga area who own Toyota's and they have been so pleased with your service. We are excited about our new car and thank you for your service! More

Highly recommend I dreaded going to buy a new car because it usually takes forever. I told Marco what features I was looking for and my price range. I was test driving I dreaded going to buy a new car because it usually takes forever. I told Marco what features I was looking for and my price range. I was test driving the car I ended up buying within the first hour or so. After my purchase, he carefully walked me through all the features of my new car. I was in and out in under 4 hours on a Saturday. Nice job! More

Marquita was never pushy and offered many suggestions during our visit. The negotiations process was very easy and stress free. Marquita provided an offer and we told her the range our payments needed to be and we reached an agreement quickly. The financial piece was easy, as well. We signed all the documents electronically and were out in a very short time. This was the best car buying experience we have ever had and would definitely go back there first and request Marquita to work with us when we need another vehicle. More
