Experience David did a wonderful job with keeping me informed on the progress of my visit. When keys were given to me the lady said there was dirt on the floor but there was crushed makeup everywhere. At that moment I had no time to wait for the car to be cleaned. Before getting the loaner I called several times with no response or a message stating call had been received. When picking my car up items from my glove compartment were out on the front seat of the car. Plastic was also left in the driver seat. More
