If your family member is not knowledgeable with automobiles, make sure they have someone to ask about the service they are recommending, before you sign anything. My daughter's husband is deployed automobiles, make sure they have someone to ask about the service they are recommending, before you sign anything. My daughter's husband is deployed on a training mission. She took her car in, for recalls. She also had a brake light come on. She asked them to check it out. They diagnosed a leaking brake banjo bolt. They tried to fix to the tune of $275, then tried scaring her into new front rotors, brake pads, a caliper and brake hose, to the tune of $1000. Thankfully, she called me, and she was only out the $275. Her husband will be fixing this himself. Just beware of up-charging and the tactics used to get more money from you or your family member. Took older vehicle in for simple oil change and the service center did more than we expected. They topped all the fluids, greased up the vehicle where it was needed. And the checked the air in the tires and made sure they were at the right level. Would recommend this service center and sales people for anything, they have all been very gracious and caring, every time that I have had questions or need some type of service. All the people have never given me a hard time, whenever I needed questions answered. First time buyer of new vehicle, but they give equal care to my 2nd older model vehicle. Excellent service in all departments. More

Had gone there several times....interior door came back filthy...and oil leaking out of underneath, not tightened enough. Another time, car was to get 4 tire alignment...never was put up on the lift. Kid filthy...and oil leaking out of underneath, not tightened enough. Another time, car was to get 4 tire alignment...never was put up on the lift. Kid said he did it, no readout..."computer failure". I insisted it get on lift and see, and lo and behold, all 4 in the red,not green zone, never aligned. And guess what, I got a readout, computer fine. Was told by a former employee that Stevenson wants them in and out fast...so complaining is worthless. Just watch your car and see for yourself. If you are a woman, you will get a label, even if you're right! More
