Terrible customer service TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. We liked a car that was on the website so the dealership had it traded over from Wilmington. We waited over three hours for TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. We liked a car that was on the website so the dealership had it traded over from Wilmington. We waited over three hours for the car to be transferred from Wilmington and when we asked why it was taking so long the salesmen told us the key was lost. So when the car got to us it was only the single key with no FOB. The sales men told us parts was closed and we would have to come in the next day. The FOB is about $290 on a 2016 car. We asked if the dealer could have us one made and they told us it would be at a "dealership discount" which is more expensive than the original quote we were given by Kia parts. When we spoke to Kia parts they informed us that based on the VIN# this specific car was supposed to come with one key FOB. We were only asking the dealership for ONE original key that this car was supposed to come with, nothing extra. Sales managers were unhelpful and basically didn't care about this inconvenience since we had already signed the papers. Also the man in finance was pushy, rude, and unhelpful. We ended up having to call all of the banks ourselves and even ended up getting better rates after he told us the 15% ARP was it. "that's all take it or leave it" Over all completely UNSATISFIED with this dealership. Would not recommend anyone coming to this specific branch at all. More

Not only was I threatened that we would have to return our vehicle because my husband, who is deployed, couldn't contact them almost a MONTH after purchasing our car but I was given misinformation regarding them taking specific power of attorneys to discuss our account in the absence of my husband. I've been in customer service for 12+ years and I've NEVER experienced this level of incompetence and unprofessional behavior. More

Secondly I would like to mention a couple of people that really helped me with my new car journey. After arriving at the dealership I met Rusty, he seemed like a great guy and I am glad he approached me. He simply asked me what I was looking for and had great feedback on what cars he felt really fit my needs. Rusty was extremely helpful in helping me figure out which car I wanted and after the purchase he walked me through things I should know about my new car. Rusty is a very down-to-earth guy and made me feel comfortable at the dealership. Not once did I feel pressured or upset when working out the deal on my new car. I know that if I ever have a question about my new car all I have to do is stop in and see Rusty. More importantly, I have confidence that Rusty works towards his customers best interest and I will 100% recommend him to my friends who might be in search for a new car. After speaking with Rusty he introduced me to Drew. Drew was amazing and always had my best interest in mind. He sat down with me and was straight forward with what we had in front of us but at the same time was kind in explaining the details. I never felt rushed to make a decision and felt like I had the best person to explain the little details working with me. I commend Drew for answering what were probably silly questions and never getting frustrated with me. I could tell that he loved his job and that really made me feel comfortable working with him. Lastly, after a long exciting day of deciding which car I wanted I had the pleasure of sitting down with Demetrius. He introduced himself with a warm smile and started the conversation off with questions getting to know me. I enjoyed talking with Demetrius and it was settling getting to know him a little before jumping into the paperwork. Demetrius went threw each document thoroughly with me explaining each thing before I signed. He made me feel comfortable with his knowledge on each step and what everything meant.
