Upon reading about and hearing about your displeasure regarding the quality of service provided with regards to another key to your vehicle I decided to immediately step in to remedy the situation. Please understand that with regards to pre owned vehicles, we are only afforded the keys that we receive when trading for or purchasing these vehicles. With that being said, we would never want an unhappy customer especially over something as minor as another key. We have since provided you with the requested second key at no charge. The employees involved in your transaction were not trying to be unhelpful and I think that the way the information conveyed to you could have been handled better.
