After another hour waiting (second time coming) they told me it wouldn't be here until this morning. This morning (8:48am) I inquired to see if the vehicle arrived yet and I was told no. few hours later I'm told to meet here in 45 mins that they were on the way to get the vehicle 20 mins later after I'm already here they tell me the vehicle was being sold to someone else paying cash. A hour later I'm told they're looking in a auction and it would be a while so they would call me. I'm told this is a first come first serve business well I believe I was the first come. This is bad business completely and all the way around. More

Even though my son didn't get a car after our visit with Anthony which was not fault of him, it was simply because we couldn't afford it at the moment. He was pleasant, respectful, and honest the whole time. He gave us options as far which price points would fit our budget, what interest rate and payment estimates would be if we bought a vehicle, and what we could do to help our credit between now and when we are ready to buy. He did this all with a smile knowing that we were not ready to finance just yet, and the best part was i didnt feel pressured. Before i meet Anthony i believed in the stereotype that all salesman at dealerships were crooks and liars and would say anything to make a sale. Anthony defied the stereotypes and made our visit wonderful. Recommending to all my friends and family to see him first before they buy their vehicle. More

Nothing but crooks! I will never buy a car from these crooks or any dealership with the Stevenson name! I used to respect this dealership, but after dealing with the Hyun I will never buy a car from these crooks or any dealership with the Stevenson name! I used to respect this dealership, but after dealing with the Hyundai and Toyota shops and having nothing but horrible experiences, I will refer everyone I know to someone else. First, I bought a car from them after much haggling and even being talked down to by the salespeople. After the deal was done, I'm handed a key with tape around the buttons and when I peeled the tape off, I realized the buttons were loose and falling out! I asked about an alternate key and was told that was the only key they had. Wow, really? Fine, I dealt with that. I was told the car had Bluetooth (a huge seller for me), yeah it doesn't. OK...guess I have to deal with that too. Shortly after, as I'm driving to work, the car just shuts off on me. I was able to pull over and restart it with no issues, but this should not be happening. I chalked it up to a fluke and let it go. Three months later, I had to get an oil change. I don't go anywhere but in town, so I know I didn't drive 3,000 miles yet! So now, the car has shut off on me twice in the past week, both times when my son has been in the car with me. I call the dealership, am told by Service that they can look at it and hopefully the Extended Warranty will pay for it, but I'm still going to have a $100 deductible. For what? This is obviously an issue that the car has had and SHOULD have been caught before it was sold! After talking to the manager, I'm told that it's my problem to fix because it wasn't discovered within the first 90 days of having the car. And the issue with the key could have been fixed had it been brought up within that 90 day period...I guess mentioning it when you're still in the store isn't good enough! So now I'm stuck with a death trap and prayers that nothing happens to myself or my child in this lemon of a vehicle. Don't ever buy from these guys, they will lie to you in a heartbeat! Customer service doesn't matter, only dollar signs do. More

Got r paper work home after purchase and read the manual to find out certain items arrent covered for said warrantee miles..ie a/c, radio...paint...Bluetooth etc. The whole point of buying this car was a warrantee we were misinformed about. Complained to sales manager john as well and they insisted what a great product and deal we got and wont resolve the issue. This is fraudulent and a lie. No they arent americas best warrantee finding this out.! We bought our car used thinking we were ok to 60000 with everything minus regular maintenance as we were told. Being told we got a great deal and nothing will go wrong based on hyandais record is not peace of mind...a full true bumper to bumoer warrantee is. Being told we didnt know thats what u wanted is not acceptable. Wish we bought a vw..toyota..or ford..NEVER had an issue like this before. Dealer refuses to take car back. Also their detailing dept is horrible. Even though they claimed it was detailed once the said they'd redetail, it still looked crappy w interior stains when delivered. This is a used car but we have never had issues like this. Stay away! More
Had gone there several times....interior door came back filthy...and oil leaking out of underneath, not tightened enough. Another time, car was to get 4 tire alignment...never was put up on the lift. Kid said he did it, no readout..."computer failure". I insisted it get on lift and see, and lo and behold, all 4 in the red,not green zone, never aligned. And guess what, I got a readout, computer fine. Was told by a former employee that Stevenson wants them in and out fast...so complaining is worthless. Just watch your car and see for yourself. If you are a woman, you will get a label, even if you're right! More

I am very appauled at how poorly run this company is. I purchased a 2010 dodge charger, I recieved a 30 day tag and was told that they would handle my registration for me, that they would send it to a comp purchased a 2010 dodge charger, I recieved a 30 day tag and was told that they would handle my registration for me, that they would send it to a company called "regsusa" it is now almost 2 months later and no one seems to know where my paperwork is or where my registration is. I have spoke to multiple people in the office and each person gives me a different story. They told me to illegally drive around with an expired 30 day tag and refuse to renew the tag knowing they messed up my paperwork. They wont answer my banks phone calls, nor will they return their calls. They still have not given my bank my title to my car and it has been almost 2 months now. I called and spoke to Rich the general manager and he was very rude to me, he said "are you going to let me talk now" "ohh i can talk now" and he belittled my mother and I. Now when I call supposively every person I try to speak with is "out of the office" how convenient.. I will let everyone know how horrible of a dealership this is. I will recommend that everyone purchase their vehicles elsewhere. I am in the military and this is how i get treated. Im livid. I tried looking up this company called "regsusa" and it seems to not exist. Also they offer a $500 military discount and I never recieved it. My girlfriend was offered a $100 referal fee if she refered me to the dealership, well she did, once we asked for the referal fee they refused to give it us. I wish I could get ahold of the owner of this company. More
Kayla was an excellent salesperson. She helped me out the best she could and always answered my calls if I needed to ask a question about my car. Kayla made sure to follow up with me after buying the car to ensure that all my issues with my tags were resolved and to see how i was liking my new car. The other staff members weren't so pleasant. I give her a 5 in all categories. The low scores on here are due to other staff members attitudes and unwillingness to cooperate with me. You should definitely go see Kayla. More
