I have purchased five vehicles over the past ten years and I can say by far this was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle period. Bubba is extremely courtesy and had my best interest in mind. I never felt pressured and we looked at all of our options both vehicle wise and financing wise making sure I was comfortable with the outcome. Very detailed and completely explained or demonstrated the purchasing process and the features of the truck. I even feel like he went the extra mile and show me the service department and introduced me to the staff and showed me how to schedule service. I build homes with a large home builder for a living and understand clearly the importance of a high level customer service experience and surveys. Bubba is a true professional and exceeded all my expectations. He makes you feel like family by the time you walk out the door. I would give him a ten on the survey if it went higher than five! I just dropped into Capital Ford to look around because I knew I wanted a new vehicle in the near future. I was started looking through the lot and someone asked if I would like to talk to a salesman. Well knew I wanted a new vehicle in the near future. We looked at a few cars while he asked me what I wanted. He knew I had a limited budget so he kept me informed about the best I could get for my money. We went for a test drive and he also explained about Capital Fords hours and service places. Well, I bought a beautiful Ford Focus Hatchback that same day! Bubba helped me figure out how all the buttons, knobs, etc. worked (my old car was a 2001!). He was extremely patient, helpful and friendly. Salesman of the Year quality! This Dealership is very friendly and my questions, etc. were answered. They trusted me as a customer, as I was actually three hours from home and didn't even have my title with me. From start to finish Bubba gave me the truck i was looking for at the price i wanted to pay. I was trading in a ford truck 2010 that i had purchased from another ford dealer and had only made 3 paymen looking for at the price i wanted to pay. When i went to Raliegh to see my son who is a Railegh Police Officer last Sunday I stoped at the dealer ship just to see if i could trade my truck , whitch i had no idea that i could because i had just bought this truck and financed it. Bubba worked a true blessing and got me not only a F150 XLT Super Crew but also a 4X4 off road package. When he called me Saturday and told me that the deal i ask for was complete and ready for me to sign and pick up the truck , That was the longest ride from Hobgood to Railegh because i was so excited to get this new truck Thanks to Bubba and his down home country happy attutide and big smile this was possible.
