I found the car I was interested in on their Autotrader page. I made contact through the link provided and it was like pulling teeth to schedule a time to view the vehicle. It took three weeks from first c page. I made contact through the link provided and it was like pulling teeth to schedule a time to view the vehicle. It took three weeks from first contact until the time I was able to view and purchase the vehicle. I was told part of the wait was because it was going to be a certified pre-owned vehicle and it had to be put through the paces. When I got their I was told they changed their mind and it was no longer a certified pre-owned. When the Buyer's Order form was sent to my bank, I discovered a charge for $797 was added for "Capital VIP Protection". When I asked what the charge was for, I was told all pre-owned vehicles get this and majority of the cost was for tinting windows, which I did not ask for. The Car Fax stated the car had already been tinted back in 2021 by a reputable company. There were another $2,258.00 in fees and taxes, which I felt was excessive. Overall, I just felt like I was given the runaround and not straight answers. More
