My service advisor was great. She found that I had Ford Pass rewards available to cover the cost of my service, I really appreciated that. Well, I shouldn’t say that....the service department did eventually get my oil changed but it took two and a half hours to get it done and I had an appointment. This vehicle purchase was my first Ford experience as I have been a die hard Toyota guy...as soon as I am able I will be going back to Toyota. My negative experience started when I first visited Capital Ford-Wilmington. The sales reps I worked with kept trying to sell me what was on the lot instead of trying to work with me to get what I wanted. I visited this dealership a total of 5 times trying to work a deal on the F150 that I wanted. During my final purchase visit the sales rep that I had been working with accused me of “not wanting to buy a truck” and that I was “wasting his time and he couldn’t keep wasting time on me” he actually told me this while we were sitting in a F150 that I had every intention of purchasing. Needless to say I immediately stopped wasting his time and contacted another Capital dealership in Raleigh. The sales rep that I worked with at the store in Raleigh was as professional as they come...He found the exact truck I wanted, gave me a fair deal on the purchase and I bought the truck over the phone. More

Everyone i have worked with has been great. From the minute i walked in the door i was greeted by my salesman, Eric. He is personable,professional and just a very nice man.
