Terrible services and felt like if they couldnt get any extr I have had some bad excperiances with dealerships but the visit to this dealership Tops them all..First Off the sales person we dealt with never told I have had some bad excperiances with dealerships but the visit to this dealership Tops them all..First Off the sales person we dealt with never told Neither my wife or I his name..Of course the first thing the want ya to do is drive one...so ok we did that and like the vehical so we figured we would Talk Numbers to see what they would give for our trade in seeing how it was Still Financed and we had to get as much for it as we could. Well let me Tell you how that worked out him taking our info and all..Well next thing we know he is gone, figured doing some paperwork to get some numbers together so i overlooked it..well to make a long story short we never heard numbers not what the trade in would be the final price or anything..He came to us once asking if needed could we put any money down and i said i like not too seeing how i had just put a brand new crate engine in the f150 we were trying to trade in and it was not cheap(6,600.00). We told him well we could probably to 2000.00..Well next thing we know we are outside smoking sice we were left to do nothing for prob 2 hours. Sales person was no where to be found and i found that wierd because most salesmen atleast try to make so to let u know what is going on. So he finally came out and to me was very rude and kindof threw my wife and I drivers licenses back at us and said and i quote"The is nothing i can do...if you can come up with more money Talking what i took as more like 4,000.00 and just walked off Not no sorry we could help or nothing..and in the end we never knew know numbers or anything besides it felt like they were trying to get over on us. I would not recommend This dealership, I would advise to stay clear and i Believe i will be contacting ford themselfs and let them Know how disrespected we felt. More

Disappointment They do not stand by their word. You always get the run around..... Just not a very professional group of people. They sold a piece of junk to my pare They do not stand by their word. It's a 2012 Ford Focus SE, it's been in the shop at least 12 times, mainly for the transmission, and it's still does not run the way it's supposed to. If it were my dealership, I would want to do whatever it took to please the customer.... But whatever. ...... More

I went there to buy used Nissan Rouge, after all discussion when I decided to buy at the price, they have increased the price by 1000$,,, real bad experience. More
Disrespectful Salesman & General Manager I was called by someone from there about deals on a car. I went in & on the first day I was told all kinds of great things about the Ford Fusion and I was called by someone from there about deals on a car. I went in & on the first day I was told all kinds of great things about the Ford Fusion and that they could definitely get me a deal. I was paired with a Salesman "Darrell Butler" who was very arrogant but said he could get it done. I came back on Tuesday of the next week, then I was told the car I would have to take was a Focus, I would have to drive a standard transmission even though I did not want it, I was screamed at by him & told I would have to fork over $600 more if I wanted an automatic transmission, I would have to let them repossess my trade in and that that was just the way it was. I found that very bad business. I left & called another dealership who told me that that was crazy & not to deal with them. Then I get a call from some one else who tells me they are so sorry for the behavior of the salesman & they are going to do anything they can to help me. So I go back, I am waiting to talk to the female manager & the salesman comes out - he asks me if he was paged for me & I said "no". He asked me to come in his office - I said "no" then he goes into a screaming rage & tells me that I am not going to talk to anyone but him. I informed him that I didn't obey his orders & he told me to get the xxxx out & that they were not going to sell me a car. I did not budge but then the GM comes out & tells me that they can not help me & I tell him all the lies the idiot salesman told me & he blew if off. I went across to Hiester Dodge & they had no problem helping me! I will never go back & I will tell everyone I run into about the disrespectful attitude that ran thru all the employees at that business! I should have known better because I was warned about this salesman being a complete xxx! The dealership is a joke & I can not understand how they are still in business!!!! More
Lack of responsibility They left garbage in my trucks fuel tank while replacing the fuel pump. Sales Manager Resorts to Yelling and Cursing I had an emergency regarding a car in service after hours (45 minutes after the service shop closed). As the only manager on duty, I spoke with the Sa I had an emergency regarding a car in service after hours (45 minutes after the service shop closed). As the only manager on duty, I spoke with the Sales Manager, Craig. The sales manager refused to get me in touch with the GM and got frustrated at my insistence that it was an emergency. Craig lost all control, screamed and cursed at me, shockingly even using the "f" word. Craig told me that he couldn't believe I had waited until 8pm to call about a car in service (it was only 5:55pm at this point) and became incoherently angry, denying that he was privy to the GM's phone number. I specifically said I did not need the GM's number, just that I needed him to contact me. Craig was insistent that the GM had no phone number and used the "f" word to apparently convey his sincerity. Worst customer service, ever. Just goes to show that this Sales Manager is only interested in sales at hand. He apparently fails to grasp repeat buyers, brand loyalty, and ongoing service relationships. A dealership that would employ such a person is the last Ford dealership I will ever go to. More
BEWARE OF THIS PLACE! Horrible service Horrible service with this dealership. Traded a 2012 Nissan Titan in with 20K miles for a larger truck for my family. I have owned the truck less than Horrible service with this dealership. Traded a 2012 Nissan Titan in with 20K miles for a larger truck for my family. I have owned the truck less than 4 months and the issues have been since day one. Mike the service manager is a piece of work to begin with. Was promised 4 brake pads and rotors, full service plus work on the truck for issues it had. I have had to take the truck in 3 times to this dealer for repair work which they failed to properly diagnose 3 different times. Each time costing me 100.00 a pop for diagnostic/work to be performed through my warranty company. 3rd time after a week they still claimed the truck was fine. Driving the truck home the check engine light came on once again and I took the truck to another repair facility where it was quickly diagnosed with a fuel system failure (8300.00 repair bill). BUYERS BEWARE the management team at this facility is horrendous and once they get you to sign the dotted line you are screwed. The only person worth a xxxx is the salesman Jimmy other than that the "crew" at Precision Ford will screw you over, not honor their word and constantly give you the run around. Make sure if you ever take a vehicle into their service department to check your vehicle for damage because they also ran into something with my truck and failed to notify me until I brought it to their attention and caused a scene about it. Not until then would they even admit fault. BY FAR THE WORST DEALERSHIP TO DEAL WITH. will be contacting the BBB about this 1 star dealer. More
Horrid Service, Stay away Went in to test drive a certified preowned 2013 Ford Escape. Went on a test drive and I liked it. I decided to go in and talk numbers and financing. I sat their for a little while and they brought me a piece of paper. The sales guy said "we've got a deal, I just need you to sign here".....huh?!?!? I'm not signing nothing without running the numbers. If you have a smart phone please download a loan calculator and use it. They were hiding GAP insurance and and another warranty I didn't want or even need in the price. I told them I don't want it, they came back with "all finance companies I've ever dealt with require it"....BS!!!! I called them out on the lie and they then tried the two on 1 routine. I left, I can't stand pushy sales tactics. There is to many dealerships out their wanting my business so why should I or anyone put up with this. I strongly suggest everyone should run not walk away from this place. Thanks for nothing, Chris More
