Literally the worst car buying experience in my life Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. I bought a truck from here a few months back on what I was told was a fast payment program. In which I was Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. I bought a truck from here a few months back on what I was told was a fast payment program. In which I was to pay a higher payment for six months, after which I would refinance the vehicle for a much lower price. When I went back to refinance the truck I was told that I was supposed to pay an extra payment during those six months, and put the check that they gave me as a "rebate" on the truck down towards the payment. None of this was told to me when I bought the truck. To make things worse I was told i had never even been enrolled in the program I was supposed to be enrolled in, and even if I had done everything the was they told me i was supposed to the payment would have been $100 more than what they quoted me, at a loan length two years longer than I was quoted when I bought the truck. The tried to "fix the issue" by offing to let me trade in my diesel f250 on an f150. Which once they did the numbers was only going to be $100 less than what I am currently paying. So now I am stuck paying $600 More than what I was quoted each month on my truck with no way out of it. Do not go here under any circumstances they will be very dishonest and do anything they can to sell you a vehicle no matter how much they have to lie. More

They got them on day 32 and I picked them up and spoke with the new general manager who was so apoloigied and said he wanted to make things right. I advised him of a tank of gas I was promised during the night of sale, when the gas card disappeared. He said he would mail me a check and I have not seen that check. Please save yourself the trouble, this dealership is not trustworthy and is very shady how they operate. More

Lure you into dealership with lies Stay away from this Dealership. General Manager, Jason Drake stated on Friday, 11-4-16, he could get us the payment we wanted. Went there on Monday Stay away from this Dealership. General Manager, Jason Drake stated on Friday, 11-4-16, he could get us the payment we wanted. Went there on Monday 11-7-16, same vehicle, he came up with a payment $100 more than he stated and told me on Friday. This is just a trick to lure you to this dealership. When a Ford Dealership only sells 3 vehicles on a Saturday, this proves they have a problem in management. Then he said, I can get you the payment you want, we will give you a check right now for over $3350.00, your first payment will be due January 1, 2017, you take your $400 payment you were wanting, then take $217 out of this check we are giving you and pay $617.00 for 12 months, then come back and we will refinance you at the payment of $400 per month. He is one stupid individual for offering anyone this deal. How if they are not there in a year, then we are stuck with $617 a month payment. It is a troubled dealership, has changed hands multiple times. Then it should tell you something when employees are working there that have been working in every dealership in Fayetteville and other parts of North Carolina. They have no integrity at all. Word of mouth will certainly get out about this dealership fast.. More
