Good Price/ Unsatisfying with Detailing Great salesmen! great price! Not at all happy with the cleaning of the vehicle and attention to detail. Cabin air filter has to be changed immediately, truck cabin smells like cigarette smoke when I first start it up in the morning. Suspension needs to be tightened or addressed on back driver side, makes loud squeaking noises, driver side door needs to be addressed, makes loud squeaking noises when opened and closed. These are all small issues but should’ve been fixed promptly before sale, used or not. More
Wonderful sales department Everyone in the sales department and service department have been just great. Simply the worst communication between employees This is the worst experience ever. I stopped by there because they had promotion. When I came, one employee explained about promotion and everything, then I had test drive. Finally employee of financial department explained payment options to me. Finally 2+ hours later we are agreed with payments and everything, but thennn another guy from the same financing Dept told me that this price doesn't work with that particular car what I had test drive and spoke with 3 people in that dealership. Finally I waste there 3 hours and got nothing simply because of miscommunication between employees of this dealership. They actually apologized that it happened but appologizes worse nothing to compare wasted time and broken dreams about that car what I had test drive. There is nothing to add. More

I spoke with him once before and do not have a joking relationship with him. He also used profanity multiple times. As a retired SSG and purple heart recipient while being Infantry. I don't think my man hood should be in question. I have bled for this great country and everyone who resides in it. People like him don't deserve our protection. And it also reflects badly on his place of business. I will make it my personal goal to get this dealership blacklisted on Ft Bragg so no troops will purchase from them. as well as post on every reviewing website. More

Every time I have to physically go to the dealership and am then given excuses like an employee quit so they are behind. Finally filed a complaint and was told by Jay Jaynes that the check was already sent-which is clearly false as we still have not received it. Also mentioned/corrected him because we filled out 2 requests to cancel GAP for 2 vehicles. Jay responds by saying they just now are processing the second request and states that processing always takes 60 days. This communciation all completed through BBB as he will still not return our calls. We will, yet again, have to physically go to the dealership to speak with them. Clearly employees are giving completely false information to customers or Jay is. They aren’t processing the refunds as they should and are ignoring customers who try to follow up. Will no longer be one of their customers. More

Hearing they were under new management, I decided to give them another try. I'm so glad I did! On February 26, 2018 I purchased a 2004 Lexus LS 430; my sales person was Jack. He was absolutely great - did not pressure me into buying anything. Even though there were people around, I wasn't greeted upon walking in and not all of the staff spoke (like other dealerships), but the ones who did were very nice. I've purchased many vehicles, but this place was the one of the best and I would recommend this dealership to anybody looking a vehicle. The only reason I'm giving four stars is because I purchased the vehicle, but the dealership didn't put gas in it; I spent a couple of thousand dollars and drove it off the lot on E. I'm thankful that Jack attempted to wipe the vehicle off, but I had to pay somebody to clean it inside and out. I'm use to dealerships filling up the vehicles and professionally cleaning them, once they're purchased. Nevertheless, I'd go back! More

And started having same problem take back all they do was reset it over and over well if they would had put it in system they would have known it was 2nd clutch so there for I was screwed out warranty on replacing it Again had to show the service lady my car fax on my phone for were it was replaced. Her response oh now I see it well maybe we can see if ford still fix it. Well xxxxxxxxx. I have other service done there as well but after that never again now I'm stuck with Ford's xxxxty clutch issue. More

Never fixed the problem- Came in because my car makes sputtering sounds and hesitates when accelerating from a stop. Michael Boyce was my technician. He said the problem was the clutch and replaced it. I didn’t even leave the parking lot when I noticed it wasn’t fixed, another technician verified that the noise was still there and I made another appointment. At the next appointment they gave it back to Michael Boyce, and he denied it was even a problem. Created new Problems– They recommended new tires so I got them. Before leaving the parking lot I instantly noticed a whooshing noise. A different technician came out and said the tire was not installed properly and fixed it. Mistakenly charged me $533 extra- They installed a clutch I didn’t need after misdiagnosing the problem. It was covered under warranty but they still charged me $533 for it. A manager did fix the mischarge. Will not call you back I received a voicemail about my car and called back as instructed. The woman didn’t have the info ready and said she would call back. I waited for an hour and called back again. This time she said she couldn’t find my car. She called back 10 minutes later and finally gave the news that they recommended new tires. When I was in the office, I also heard her field a call where someone else was complaining about not getting a call back. Lost Appointments I made an appointment for Friday online and they had my information when I arrived. They didn’t have the parts in so she made me a new appointment for Monday. I came in and she said I was not in the system. They didn’t fix the problem so she told me she made me another appointment. I had verbal confirmation and she wrote it down. I came in for that appointment and once again she said I wasn’t in the system. It was a quick fix but not very reassuring. The good parts Car Rental- Easy process, did not charge me anything for it. Manager- A manager spotted the mistaken charge and fixed it. However, when I called I was sent to voicemail. 2nd Opinion Technician- When I noticed the problem was not fixed they brought in another technician to look it over. He quickly fixed the improperly installed tire and verified that the clutch was not the problem and recommended further service. More
Sleazy tactics I purchased a "certified ore-owned" car a few weeks ago and had in place an agreement for them to repair a windshield. After returning to the dealersh I purchased a "certified ore-owned" car a few weeks ago and had in place an agreement for them to repair a windshield. After returning to the dealership for the repair they informed me that the windshield was beyond repair. They operated in bad faith by leading me to believe that the windshield could be repaired. It appears that hey'll do anything to sell a car including deceiving its customers. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I will be taking them to court to rectify this situation. More
