They worked on a company service truck of ours and did not secure it during the time it was in their possession. About $3000 worth of tools were stolen out of it. I specifically asked if that would be a concern when I called for an appointment and also when I dropped off the truck and they told me no worries, they would keep it secured. NOW they are refusing to cover any stolen property. I believe it was an inside job by some who work there but regardless I feel I've been robbed twice by the thief and now the management. Horrible. If they decide to reimburse then I will adjust the rating, otherwise it stays! More

Sold and forgotten I purchased a 2016 Ram 1500 for more than $33,000 on Saturday, June 27. The sales person and finance manager were delightful, charming, helpful closin I purchased a 2016 Ram 1500 for more than $33,000 on Saturday, June 27. The sales person and finance manager were delightful, charming, helpful closing the deal. I signed the paperwork, drove the Ram to my home 30 miles away, and drove back the same day to deliver the title on the vehicle I traded. On that drive back, the check engine light came on. When I informed my sales person, he said, "No problem, we'll take care of it this week. Just pop back in." A visit to the service department did not resolve the issue, and the dealership has turned its back. Now I'm a couple weeks in, the truck has stopped running, has multiple outstanding recalls that Precision never fixed or told me about, and requires thousands of dollars worth of repairs which will take weeks to complete. While I did not purchase an extended warranty and bought the truck AS-IS, I have sought a conversation with the General Manager several times to discuss options and possibilities. He refuses to have a conversation with me outside of email and defers me to others on his team. In several Google reviews, Mr. Jaynes has asked reviewers to call him directly. When I call, I get no response. Other team members have not followed up and I‘ve received no offers of help or support dealing with the disaster they sold me. Abysmal experience, and I'm left only with a lemon of a truck and the potential of seeking legal help.” UPDATE: Shortly after I posted my review, I received a call from the service manager. He listened and agreed to provide a loaner for the period of time required for me to have the truck repaired. I'm grateful for that and take it as a step in the right direction. I'm still stuck with navigating the repairs and have not been permitted to speak with the GM. Standing behind what they sell? Not that I can see. More

I love my ecosport. It drives good. It does alot of extra stuff. Haven't figured it all out yet. I enjoyed my time at the dealership. My salesman was very nice and helpful. This dealer does not price their used vehicles reasonably. First of all they have a vehicle listed as a premium trim level on cargurus and it is a base model. Second they are saying the nada value reasonably. First of all they have a vehicle listed as a premium trim level on cargurus and it is a base model. Second they are saying the nada value is $31,000. The nada website has the value listed as $24,525. Kelly Bluebook has a fair purchase price of $24,896. I am not sure if they don't know how to value vehicles or they are being dishonest. They have the vehicle price at over $27,000. I hate the idea that someone would unknowingly over pay this much for a vehicle and start out so much upside down. That is just not good business. More
