My first time will definately not be my last I bought a 2015 Ford Explorer from Mike Carr. He suggested I get my first oil change free of charge at Quick Lane. I did so and was very impressed with the service staff. I had a question that Brian was able to answer for me on the driver side window control panel. It was such a simple fix for the problem I had but he had a very professional way about him so that I didn't feel silly for asking. The girl behind the counter was kind enough to come out and greet me since I didn't know where to go since it was my first time visiting their business for service. I am definitely planning to go back as soon as I need further oil changes, tire rotations, etc. I had a smooth transaction and would definitely do business with Quick Lane again. Shout out to Mike Carr for his excellence in customer service. He was so helpful and made buying a new vehicle a very pleasant experience. He is a definite asset to the dealership....A+++!!! More
