I have been to Capital twice: once to get an oil change; and once to get a front mud flap put in my car. Each time I went to the Quick Service Bay. Well, when I took my car in for service about three days later, I waited for more than an hour simply for the Parts Division to locate the part. So, what I thought would be a 20-minute job turned into more than a 2-hour job. More
