Poor customer service, you get a different answer with everyone you speak to, and when you do get through to someone, they absolutely do not care what the issue is & they make that very clear. Dan Marshall has the worst customer service so far, but the others aren’t far behind. Biggest mistake of my life was buying a vehicle through capital ford. Do not throw your money away to this place!!! More

Purchased Ford F-150 Lariat Clean dealership. Friendly staff. Good selection and prices. Tons of hidden fees. Documentation fees are about 100 dollars more than other dealers. H Clean dealership. Had a heck of a time getting my title sent to my state, the finance guy could not explain well how the title transfer worked. They also would not let me use my bank as I am sure they get a kick back from Ally Financial. The salesman, Jesse worked his butt off for me to make sure everything went smoothly and looked after the truck. It was used and they had to fix the sunroof. I will say that I lived 3.5 hours away and I was very impressed they delivered the truck to my door. That's good customer service there. More

This si big safety concern that all customers should be made aware when looking for a car. Capital Ford offered me after 3 hours wait, a new car with higher payments. Thank you but no thank you. The salesman told me I should have ask about it when test driving the car. More

Service Center is Horrible I had a 7:30 am appointment for a simple oil change, and arrived at 7:10 am and was the first vehicle parked outside the closed bay doors. When the d I had a 7:30 am appointment for a simple oil change, and arrived at 7:10 am and was the first vehicle parked outside the closed bay doors. When the doors opened at 7:30 am, I drove in and was directed into the customer service area to check in. I had to wait several minutes while the service tech dealt with someone else. When he finally got around to me, was told that it would be 2 hours before my vehicle could get its's oil change and I could be on my way. When I told the tech I had a 7:30 am appointment, he indicated that there were several other customers who got there before me and that it would be 2+ hrs before my car was serviced and I'd be on my way. When I pointed out to him that this was not true - that I had arrived at 7:10 am and was the first vehicle at the doors and then the first vehicle to drive in, he simply shrugged. And the service area manager wants to now claim that I didn't get there until 8:15 am, and that is not true. Apparently an appointment time means nothing to this dealership, and being a new resident to Charlotte, I can guarantee I will never go to this dealership again. More
