Made a appointment to have my truck looked at due to water leak. After three days I was told they couldn't find anything and was going call me back. Never called me back. I called the service depa water leak. After three days I was told they couldn't find anything and was going call me back. Never called me back. I called the service department days later and they told me they had to wait for the water leak expert. My question is what were you doing with my truck the first week??? Another week goes by then they call me a tell me it was from my third taillight which wasn't the issue then charged me $200. I took my truck do a different business and they informed me that the leak was definitely not the the third taillight and produced a video to show me where the leak was. Easy fix.... I then proceeded to call the dealership (Capital Ford)who charge me for some half hack diagnostic with misinformation to get my money back. I was told I would get a refund due to the tech performing his job.... This tech misinformed me of the issue...... I had to go somewhere else to get my truck fixed. Do not trust this dealership. They are clueless! I was so close to buying a new truck from them again...... nope More

They had a great price, but when I buy a vehicle I need more than just a cheap price. These guys employed what I consider deceitful tactics. They refused to give me a final price and passed me off to seve more than just a cheap price. These guys employed what I consider deceitful tactics. They refused to give me a final price and passed me off to several people. Seemed like a typical scummy salesman scheme where they'd dodge questions, raise other issues to distract you. I've dealt with sale weasels before so I could work past that, but then I found out they were trying to improperly collect fees under the guise of state mandated taxes. Finally, they refused to answer what their nitrogen fees were or what the other fees were and masking them as if they were a state mandated fee. If they're this douchy when they're courting you, I shutter to think of how bad they'd be once they've made the sale and they've gotten what they want from you. Can't say I'd ever recommend this dealer. Once you actually sign they no longer care. I purchased a truck from them and unfortunately I'm out of state so I had to pay them $1000 to ship it to me. Here we are a week after signing the papers AND THEY STILL HAVE NOT SHIPPED IT. I ask every day the status and I get the same "still waiting" response hours after I text the salesman. If only I could cancel this purchase and go elsewhere because I absolutely would. Subpar service, I will never buy a vehicle from them again and I recommend whoever reads this review to find your vehicle elsewhere! More
Sold car still registered to someone else;Bad Customer Serv. I contacted this dealership after seeing a vehicle online and entered the dealership with my own financing….easy sale for the dealer team. I purchased I contacted this dealership after seeing a vehicle online and entered the dealership with my own financing….easy sale for the dealer team. I purchased that SUV here on 4/4/20 and have not been able to get the vehicle registered. After contacting my salesman and the Finance Associate several times since 4/4/20, I contacted the DMV to inquire on the ETA/status of the new license plate. I was informed that nothing was completed by the dealer and the vehicle still has a previous owner listed on the Title. Aside from the aforementioned problem, the Finance Associate and Salesman have exemplified horrendous Customer Service and poor overall execution. During my document purchase signing, the Finance Associate stated that since I was not transferring my Trade-In's license plate, I needed to go to the DMV office to pay taxes in order to get the new vehicle license plate. The NC DMV confirmed that was inaccurate information. I have received the complete run around from both individuals since early April. I'm currently on my THIRD 30 Day tag that will expire in 11 days. After 3-4 communications with those same individuals on yesterday (6/17/20), I was told that the current Title Holder would be in the office later that evening to rectify the situation. My salesman stated he would contact me this morning (6/18/20) to update me of the situation.... I have NOT heard from him. When I contacted my bank on yesterday (6-17-20), they stated this dealership was notified 43 days ago, May 29th & again on June 2 that the Title has not been received and that there was no reply from this dealership. I feel that I have been lied to and there has been no sense of urgency shown from this dealership. When I asked for a newer, 2nd key to the SUV (the key that I was given was/is completely worn), I was told that since the cost of the vehicle was negotiated no 2nd key was allowed. $31K+ spent and that is the reply a customer is given? Wow! I understand if that is not possible, but that is the reason given? Today, my plan was to return the vehicle. We all work too hard daily to give our money away to businesses that do not value our time and purchase(s). Today I spoke with the GM, so hopefully resolutions for the Title/Lien/License plate issues will be expedited. He gave me a Target Date for resolution, so I am looking forward to that resolution. If not, I will be returning the vehicle on that given Target Date. In addition, this could negatively impact my family and I from an insurance standpoint also. This has been an absolute awful experience. More
