My have two concerns. I was charged for a service that did not solve my issue. I was informed I had a leak in my third taillight. I wasn’t satisfied with your answer and took it to a different business. They found where the true leak was and confirmed you diagnostic was false. My 2nd concern was, your staff walked around with little to no concern about covid. I return a week later, then your dept. is shut down from covid. Little things like this matter.... you guys don’t care about the public, why should I care about recommending business to you.... simple

We apologize that you feel our customer service did not meet your expectations; however, we are at a loss as to where we went wrong. We have reviewed all phone calls, text messages, and emails and found our employees treated you with respect and kindness when you did not show the same. In fact, it was only your request to lower our sales price by $6000.00 we were not able to fulfill. As to the Ford RAV program (manufacturer buy back), we have sold over 3000 of these vehicles over the last few years. We are proud to be one of the few factory authorized retail facilities. We have countless happy customers across the country and would like the opportunity to make you the same.

I had phone calls and text messages from many bogus phone numbers non stop all night and this morning. I have prove. It has nothing to do with the car you have or my offer, but it’s either your employees selling information to other dealership or somebody we’re just playing nasty games and I’m not done with it.
