William and the entire staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They already had the best price (cargurus.com rated it a "Great Value") in the area on the vehicle I was looking for. As a matter a fact, another dealership told me I should "jump on that deal if it's still there" when I tried to get them to come near Capitol Ford's price. Once I got to Capitol Ford, William took even more off the already low price without even negotiating. You could these guys are in the business of selling cars, not haggling and letting stuff gather dust in their parking lot. William even rode with me to the local branch of my bank because I was unfamiliar with the area. Needless to say, he was right when he assured me "he was going to make sure this was the last place I shopped today." The rest of the sales managers I spoke with were great too. Erin gave me a very detailed explanation of all the warranty options and the large amount of paperwork involved in buying a vehicle. I will definitely go back if need to purchase another car AND recommend them to family and friends. More
