Fun and informative sales experience I was ready to trade my 5 year old Mazda 6 for another new Mazda 6, but decided I should really shop around to see the competition. But my best experience was at Capital Eurocars. Our salesperson Jeremiah Franklin was an absolute delight. He listened to my needs and desires, and showed me cars he thought would best fit my needs and price range. It turned out to be a new Mercedes C 300. Jeremiah was extremely knowledgeable about the car; I mean down to nearly every detail. Jeremiah is originally from the Midwest, and his warmth and patience made my new car shopping experience fun and informative. So rather than buy another Mazda 6, I purchased a Mercedes C 300. Sure I spent a little more than I had originally planned, but I wound up with a much nicer car than I had envisioned. I have always had my cars serviced by the dealership, and I plan to do the same here; so I'm hoping the service experience will be just a great as the sales experience. A close friend referred me to Bruce Parker and ever since that very 1st purchase, I just go straight to Bruce when looking for a new car. Bruce knows the ins and out of all the cars. While the last 3 cars have been Mercedes, I got sad when I learned that he is no longer allowed to sell any of the other Capital Eurocars brands. Ownership should revisit their policy, as Bruce-loyal customers go to Capital Eurocars because of Bruce. More
