I've always been critical of car dealership adds that claim to treat you like family. But at the end of the day, someone has money, and someone has a car. It never made sense to me, but I have since been proven wrong. The people at Capital Eurocars treated me like family, this despite the fact I was only buying a used car bound for auction, and hailed from four states over. The whole process was nothing like any other dealership experience I have had in my albiet short life. Everyone has their fair share of delearship stories, I'm no different, and Capital Eurocars is no exception, but the difference lies in this: With other delearships, you get rude questions, long waits, and the car you put your deposit on sold to someone else, but at Capital Eurocars, you get a commitment to integrity, discretion, and brevity that honestly has no business in the dare I say shadey car dealership world. That's really all you need to know, but now I'm going to delve into the specifics that make Capital Eurocars different. My salesperson, Jessica Wade, was beyond wonderful. She coached me through every step of the car buying process, took new pictures on her own phone of parts of the car I requested like the tire treads to give me the confidence and peace of mind to fly out and make the largest financial decision of my life to date. She picked me up from the airport in the car I was interested in, and let me drive back to the dealership. And later, after the sale and well after closing, when my card got declined at my hotel, she stepped up and offered to withdrawal cash from her bank account that I sent to her so I have enough money to pay for gas on the way home. I cannot explain in words how grateful I am to the whole Capital Eurocars team, and especially Jessica. Even if you don't live near Tallahassee, I would take a look at their website. The prices are exceptionally fair for what you get, and I am more than satisfied with my purchase. More
