We had been looking for a small SUV and had seen the GLK online. It had the style and features we were looking for, while other models did not. We had an opportunity to visit Capital Eurocars in Tallahass online. It had the style and features we were looking for, while other models did not. We had an opportunity to visit Capital Eurocars in Tallahassee while on other business. Scott Stanley was very friendly, knowledgable and helpful. We drove the GLK 350 and liked it a lot. It is a very stable vehicle, seemingly much larger and heavier than others in the class, though it isn't really any larger. It just feels substantial on the road. While discussing the vehicle, we learned that Mercedes-Benz recommends premium gasoline for the GLK 350, so we decided to look at the GLK 250 Blue tec diesel since fuel cost would be about the same as premium gasoline. We had owned diesels overseas in the past and liked them. The GLK 250 was spunky and solid. We loved it. Scott and John Nash, the Sales Manager managed to locate one with the features we wanted and we made the deal. All in all it was a very positive purchase experience. Scott, having had experience in the maintenance area before, was exceptionally knowledgable and helpful. He goes out of his way to make sure all the details are taken care of. We would certainly recommend Capital Eurocars dealership and Scott Stanley to anyone. More

After we purchased the car on the way home we realized there was one option missing. I called Claude, he and his sales manager Johnny Nash immediately went to work to make everyone (my wife) happy. Claude and Johnny both assure me they would not be happy until we were totally satisfied. This could have been an easy oppotunity for a dealrship to say we are sorry what you drove off with is what you bought.
