Capital Euro Mercedes Benz- A FIrst Class Buying Experience During my recent service for my leased Mercedes Benz 2012 350GLK, I wandered over to the showroom to take a look at the new vehicles, knowing my lease During my recent service for my leased Mercedes Benz 2012 350GLK, I wandered over to the showroom to take a look at the new vehicles, knowing my lease was coming to an end in a few months. There I met Sales Associate, Claude Rabbath. From the start, Claude came across extremely professional, cordial and knowledgeable. The more we spoke, the more I was drawn to the opportunity of expediting the move into another lease of a 2014 350GLK. Claude "listened" to my needs, and worked hard to help arrive at attractive lease terms that made sense for me to turn my lease in early. Within just a couple of days, we worked out all the details and I quickly found myself driving away in my new vehicle feeling great about every aspect of my buying experience. Even Johnny Nash, Sales Manager and Crawford Atkins,General Manager stepped in to work out some of the final details of my lease. They clearly wanted my business and all worked hard to earn it. Their personal touch was just first class and it said a lot about the integrity and customer service Capital Eurocars prides themselves on. I have found that to be the case since using them to service an older BMW before I moved over to a Mercedes. I expect a high level of professionalism, hard work, and client service from my employees, and found it really satisfying to experience nothing less from Claude, Johnny and Crawford. When it came to completing the lease purchase, Mandy Barnard, Finance/Business Manager was well prepared with all the required paperwork to expedite the process. In only 10-15 minutes, my wife and I were on our way. But not without Claude walking me through several functions of the vehicle to make it a great driving experience the moment I drove off the lot. I must say Claude's genuine interest in my needs and the time he took to strike some bonds with my wife and son while in his office really said a lot, and meant a lot. Capital Eurocars should be proud to have Claude, as with the other individuals I mentioned above. It has been a pleasure writing this review. It's no fluff, just all truth. Great experience; great van! I first saw the 2005 Honda Odyssey Touring last Wednesday, 5/21. Scott saw me in the parking lot (after hours) and introduced himself, and offered to get the keys to the van so I could take a look inside. I didn't have to ask! While showing me the vehicle, he never once mentioned price or how much I was thinking I would want to put down; he let the vehicle sell itself and talked about the vehicle first and answered all questions I had about it. He finally looked up what the dealership was trying to sell the van for after spending 20 minutes or so showing me the van and all the features and explaining those features. Coming from sales myself, I understand that in the end, it will eventually get to a point when you have to talk about numbers; but in the parking lot looking at the van for the first time at our first meeting is not the time. I appreciate Scott for doing that! Once we did get to the numbers part, the process definitely went a lot quicker than I thought it would! We have enjoyed our van over the long Memorial Day weekend and will enjoy it for years to come. Definitely would suggest working with Scott; extremely nice guy and will help out in any way he can! Not your typically car buying experience I was not looking forward to car shopping, as I'm sure most people aren't, so I arrived at Capital Eurocars with a car already picked out online with I was not looking forward to car shopping, as I'm sure most people aren't, so I arrived at Capital Eurocars with a car already picked out online with prices researched and ready to play hardball. I was greeted by Claude, test drove the car and was ready to talk prices within 20 minutes. Claude promised me a different kind of experience that I would actually enjoy and he totally delivered. I got a great price, friendly conversation and they finalized a price with me before we even talked about financing. Mandy was great to work with for financing and we were able to sign all the paperwork and were out the door about 2 hours from when we walked in. It was such a pleasant experience and I got the same treatment buying a used Nissan as I would if I was buying a new Mercedes. I highly recommend this dealership and Claude in particular! More
